Ped and animal entries are for a handful of extras in a shot. Object spawn is cones, lights, and small markers — not a map editor, not a housing DLC.
When the frame rate falls off a cliff
You ignored the cap. Clear the extras, or teleport away and let the session stream them out. GPU overlay stacks make this worse; see requirements.
