Kiddions Mod Menu guide

1. Confirm the machine. You need 64-bit Windows 10 or 11, a legitimate GTA 5 PC copy, and the x64 Visual C++ Redistributable. Exclusive fullscreen hides the overlay. Details: requirements and VC++ runtime.
2. Download the official x64 ZIP. Take Kiddions_Modest_Menu_v1.01.zip from the download page. Skip setup.exe mirrors. Do not run files from Explorer’s ZIP preview.
3. Extract to a real folder. Right-click → Extract All. Example path: a folder under your user profile named Kiddions. Avoid Program Files.
4. Set Grand Theft Auto V. Switch graphics to borderless window. Start official GTA5.exe from Rockstar, Steam, or Epic. Load Story Mode and wait until Franklin, Michael, or Trevor can walk. This overlay will not attach to GTA Online.
5. Read the Windows prompt if one appears. An unsigned overlay that attaches to another process often shows SmartScreen. That is a reputation statement. The safety page explains how to tell it apart from a named detection.
6. Run as administrator. With Story Mode already walking, right-click the executable → Run as administrator. Accept UAC. Start the overlay after the game, never the reverse.
7. Attach once. Use the in-app Attach control a single time and wait for the watermark. Default open is Insert or Numpad star — see hotkeys.
