Camera helpers, not a new editor
These tools nudge slow motion and lighting toward a Rockstar Editor session. They do not replace the editor, and they do not ship a movie suite.
Use slow motion for vehicle stills, freeze time of day from world, pose a protagonist with appearance, then record in the vanilla editor. If the frame pace fights VSync or an FPS cap, fix the game’s graphics menu before you blame the overlay.
Noclip scouting is under player flags. Prop markers are under peds and objects.
