Story loadouts refill ammo you already unlocked. Parachute and scuba are there so stunt routes do not start with a trip to a brick shop.
This branch is not a GTA Online gun locker and not a money tool. It is a Story Mode tray: refill, pick a loadout, drop a chute, put on scuba, get back to the route.
Stunt and capture habits
Parachute plus air spawn is the usual mountain shot. Scuba plus a boat hash is the coastline shot. Slow motion for those stills lives on camera.
